Most items are printed in house and dispatched next day (when ordered before 5pm). There will be a banner at the top of the website if this is not the case for any reason. We send UK orders using Royal Mail 1st Class (https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk/1st-class) and use International Standard for the rest of the world (https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/international-standard).
If an bespoke material is required, we may print using our chosen printing studio (dstudio uk). In this case, please allow an extra 1-3 working days for us to process your order before sending it to be printed professionally.
